That looks like an accident-in-the-making to me. She'll choke!
. . . I know what you mean about "scanner-inhibited," I plan on having my book, when finished, professionaly photographed, if I can find a way to do that, rather then trying to do it myself, but that plan is cost dependant. What do you think? I mean, water-color work like I do is really tone and texture detail intense, I lose those details, lose texture quality, and the work loses a bit of it's soul.
P.B. My "book," as I now mockingly call it, is still not meandering into physical creation, and I'm getting impatient with my own ad hoc method. At least I feel past "conceptualization," at this point, having cleared a few conceptual hurdles, and can now, "continue on," as such. My process at this point will be to: (A) paint a page as a "contained" story, with multiple story elements, with no written narrative, nor written dialog, simply no text; (B) insure an "open focus" in terms of story perspective, allowing readers to attach to what story elements attract their attention the most, naturally with some subtle focus implied on my part; (C) continue some story elements from one painting to the next, while leaving other elements to continue on purely in the reader's imagination . . . That's the plan. Does my own plan of approach have any similarities to your own? Anyhow . . . These individual paintings, based on your Wet Moon continuity, make me think of that, as each image is a "story onto itself," with out need of text to explain itself, you know? Blah, blah, blah . . . Fucking rambling . . .
Oh! By the way . . . Love your use of darkness in the background of this image! It seems graphically challenging. And yet it works.
Fern is awesome. I can't wait to learn more about her as the story goes on. :3
She looks very cute here, almost cat-like in the way she's lying.
Great stuff!
Wow, she looks really good in this... although with her, I can't tell if she's content, happy as a clam with the pudding she was eating or a little anbnoyed it keeps coming out of her mouth O__O

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
