I'm glad you did the black background. Really makes Cleo stand out more

She is possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen.

when you draw Cleo's eyes really big it makes her look a lot younger, did you do that on purpose?

Ross I love your art, I'm very happy with the original Cleo pic I bought, I still look forward to the next WM volume, but add me to the list of people who saw the uber oversized Manga eyes on just Cleo and said "WTF?" no offense. I liked it better before. bits of volume 3 looked a tad rushed. I say that as a fellow artist who has rushed a thing or two as well. anyway, I still love you, but her eyes are too freakin huge man. seriously.

thanks again for buying that piece! :)
and thanks for giving volume 3 a shot anyway, i appreciate it! i hope you read that journal post i made a year ago about the style changes so you at least know where i'm coming from.

volume 3 was definitely not rushed, though, the reason the artwork looks different is that it was all done in pencil, because that i can't ink interiors anymore because of hand problems. i also have tendonitis in my drawing arm which is why volume 3 looks a little rough, it was so much artwork to do and it killed me but it was the best i could do at the time. i took a long break after that and my arm's a bit better now, so everything post-volume 3, though still in pencil, will look smoother.

oh gosh, I'm sorry I hope your arm continues to improve, that's my worst nightmare for any artist hand problems. :( hey I could ink your stuff! :D

I am the kind of fan who doesn't care how long it takes for the next book to come out, hell I'm a Kate Bush fan, it can be 13 years between discs, I can wait for stuff! heh. lookin forward to your next published works, I always pre-order it.
be well,
