for neo-rama's Mega Man Robot Master meme.
this is Roll (Mega Woman? Giga Woman?) repurposed as a fighting robot either as a partner to Mega Man, to fight in his stead should Mega Man be out of commission, to take over for Mega Man if he's sick of the grind, or to go on her own robot-blasting adventures. this one's inspired by: 1. always hated how the one girl robot was a house-keeping robot. 2. i read somewhere that Mega Man creator Inafune originally intended Roll to be playable alongside Mega Man in MM2, but they decided not to change things that much from the first game, and Capcom said they didn't want a girl starring in a game because Nintendo was geared to boys at that time. 3. before MM9 was really revealed and anything was known about it, i was hoping they'd change up the formula and i thought it would've been cool to have Roll as the main character, because MM's been put out of commission by Wily or something, then Light overhauls Roll to take on the fight.  character copyright Capcom. |

excellent design for her, you did her justice :] unlike capcom.
Splendid redesign.
She's a beast in MARVEL vs. CAPCOM.
She's totally useless in MvC2... as is pretty much every Capcom character in that game.
