i forgot to post about this two weeks ago when our first episode went up! after i went on podcast hiatus from my original podcast, A Podcast With Ross & Nick, it became the much better A Podcast With Kaylie & Nick with ~kayliesaurus-rex taking my place. when i was ready to return, i didn't want to interrupt what Kaylie and Nick were doing so instead Nick/~nickmarino and i created a new podcast which is basically exactly the same as our old one except it's called Everything Blows With Ross & Nick!!!

in our first episode, we had the soon-to-be-world-famous Kelly Thompson guest star to review the terrible/hilarious 1990 Captain America movie with us.

then our second episode went up today, in which Nick and i review the awesome 1992 Brandon Lee movie Rapid Fire directed by Dwight Little (Halloween 4, Free Willy 2). we also talk about some comic news and get depressed by it. :)

thanks, you guys!!

Hello again :)
As Always, a big fan of your work, but I actually wanted to ask you something, pertaining to the wetmoon series, volume four to be exact.
Its the scene where Cleo starts her first job with Zia.
Zia deals with a customer who expresses repulsion towards Glenn.
I realized that when reading this volume I glossed over that part, and never really noticed this scene until I read it again.
I kind of winced a bit, when I read the customers dialogue.
So my question is, were these particular events that you yourself had witnessed or even experienced when writing this series?

I just wanted to let you know that I have recently read the first book of "Shadoweyes" for the first time recently, and I want you to know that I found it to be very impressive. I love the detail, I love the mood, I love the setting and the story, and most of all I loved the characters, who all felt relatable and so incredibly human...even the inhuman Shadoweyes. So far, I've only found the first book, and so far, I love it.

I wish they made a Shadoweyes movie in the near future...

I discovered my first Wet Moon in a little random book store in the middle of no-where. It was volume two, they didn't have one. It was LOVE at first site! Finally a comic with cute curvy girls and 'odd' characters- not your predictable heroines. Love. I swear your work has influenced my drawing style and I eagerly await each and every volume. About to finally order volume one...I don't know how I have waited so long. Thank you for being great!

You are very welcome.

If IDW asks if you know any writers for TMNT just point them my way :)
I'll give you a cut of the check.

Hi, I just wanted to say I love you're art. I'm interested in how you got started you've published so much! I'm currently near the beginning - i've published some things but I'm not close to being as mainstream as you are. :D

thank you so much!!!
i started getting published stuff back in 2001 with some game book illustrations, and then a couple years after that i hooked up with Oni Press and that lead to stuff with Tokyopop, DC, Image, and the rest is history! :)

How did you hook up with oni press originally? I know now they don't accept unsolicited submissions anymore. And congratulations on all your successes.

i approached them back around 2000 or 2001 at a convention and then kept hounding them! :XD: they were a much smaller and more-easily-approachable company back then. :hmm: thanks for the congrats!!
